Pielaiko is an AI virtual try-on app. This policy explains what we process and why. No account, name, or email is required to use the app.

What we process

• Photos you take or choose. They are sent to our server and to Google's Gemini image model solely to generate your try-on image. They are processed in a temporary folder and deleted immediately after the result is returned — we do not keep them on our servers.
• A device identifier. Used only to count your free try-ons and track your credit balance. It is not your name and is not used to track you across other apps.
• Purchase records. When you buy a credit pack, we store the Apple transaction identifier and the credits granted, to prevent double-charging.

Third parties

Your photo is processed by Google (Gemini API) to generate the try-on image. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

The app asks for your permission inside the app before your photo is sent for the first time. If you decline, nothing is sent. Google processes photos as our service provider under the Gemini API Terms, which require it to protect this data with safeguards equal to those described in this policy.

Tracking

We do not track you across apps or websites, show ads, or build advertising profiles.

Data retention & your rights

Photos are not retained. Your device identifier and credit balance are kept while you use the app. To request deletion of your device data, email us.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.
